Why OnlyGreens?

Our vertical farm uses a modular rack solution with four levels, which ensures an ergonomic working height. Each rack offers 16 storage locations for 1020 trays, which can be individually controlled to maximize resource savings.

Cost-efficient system

A cost-effective rack can be realized by assembling it in a Danish cart. Above all, we do not provide an enclosure made of wood, aluminum and glass and built-in air conditioning and dehumidification. This has to be provided by the room for larger systems.

Microgreens what is that? That's what I thought at the beginning of 2023 when I had a stall next to Sven in Scheune 16. I quickly realized that this type of “agriculture” means a future for our supply and it is also delicious and healthy. Locally sourced and affordable were the next arguments for me to add his “vegetables” to our shelves. So far, we have quite a few fans of these vitamin products in our customer base.

I have been integrating microgreens into my diet for years. Thanks to Sven's modern and affordable system, I am now finally able to practice vertical farming in my study and can enjoy delicious salad even in the depths of winter without fear of consuming dangerous pesticides.

I first came across the topic of microgreens through the OnlyGreens market stall. What a taste experience! It's unbelievable how much there is in these little plants. Since then, we've regularly had cream cheese and OnlyGreens on our bread. Simply delicious!
